Payment timing is dependent upon the payment method (ACH or check) and the delivery speed chosen by your client. Whether you're accepting a new payment or were notified that a payment has been initiated to you, the estimated deposit time is available for you to view.
Accepting a New Payment
When you receive the "New payment of..." email notification and follow the prompts to accept your payment, the estimated deposit time is displayed in the Payment Method step and in the Confirmation step:

If you've exited this page and want to go back to view your payment information, return to the "New payment of..." email notification and click the Accept payment button.
Payment Initiated Notification
When you receive the "Payment of ... initiated from ..." email notification, the estimated deposit date is displayed within the email itself OR by clicking the View payment details button in the email:

- (A) The message at the top of the email.

(B) The Date expected (payment transfer to you) in the Payment Status section.
Payment Details
After clicking, View payment details, in the email notification, you'll be taken to the payment details page.
The top portion of the page shows the status and expected delivery date for the payment associated with the notification email.
The lower portion of the page shows the (A) statuses and (B) expected delivery dates for all payments sent to you by your client.
If you haven't received your payment by the expected delivery date, please reach out to your client for assistance.
