If you are set up to receive email notifications from your client, you will receive a notification when a check has been initiated to you. In the email notification, it’ll provide an estimated date of arrival.
⭐️ Please keep in mind that the date expected is an estimated delivery date generated by our check provider. There can sometimes be unforeseen delays with deliveries related to the delivery services (USPS, FedEx).
If it’s been a few days after the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your check, please reach out to your client to discuss your options.
