✋ Please contact your client directly and ask them to send you a link to update your bank details or preferred payment method.
When your client sends this link, you will receive a new email notification from them with a subject line starting with “Update how you get paid from …”
(⭐️ Note: If you don’t see the email, you may want to check your spam folder just in case.)
In that email, click the Update my payment method button.
On the new page, select the payment method you want to add: bank account transfer or check delivery.
In the next step, select the option to add another payment method:
- +Add another bank account
- +Add another address
For accepting payments via ACH transfer (direct deposit) you can either:

Connect your bank account securely and instantly via Plaid
OR - Enter your bank details manually and go through our verification process with micro deposits to verify ownership (this option takes a few days to verify)
Then, confirm that your payment method details are correct and then click the Complete button.
A confirmation message will appear to let you know that your payment preferences have been saved.
