Can I use a prepaid or reloadable card?

Routable does not support sending payments to prepaid or reloadable cards.

If you registered for your vendor account using a prepaid or reloadable debit card in Routable, it’s likely that your attempts to verify the account with micro deposits will fail. This may also cause a delay for you to receive your pending payments.

The two payment methods that Routable supports are ACH transfers between bank accounts and check payments. 

We recommend adding a regular bank account instead of a prepaid or reloadable card to prevent any issues with receiving your payments.
